How to reduce the costs of Promotional Products?

Ordering branded merchandise in major enterprises is not a problem at present. This basically means choosing a specific model, determining the appropriate method of decoration and ordering. Then all you have to do is wait for the courier with the parcel. The only limitation in the selection of promotional items may be only the ingenuity of the client.

What if we want to order promotional products, but we have a limited budget? It is not always possible to complete all the assumptions. We are perfectly aware that in the vast majority of cases, our clients must stick to a specific price framework. However, you do not have to cancel the order if the cost of implementing promotional items exceeds the financial possibilities. We know four ways to reduce the price of promotional items. Here they are:

1) Check current promotions and price reductions.

In virtually every industry there are promotions and discounts for offered services or products. There is no wonder why price cuts are one of the strategies of fighting for clients. Unfortunately, when deciding on a graphic in a wide range of colours, we must be aware of the price we will pay for it. This is influenced by, among other things, the value of inks, and the time of preparing the design or the length of the marking machine's work. If you want to reduce the overall cost of implementing promotional items, you can think about simplifying the graphics. With a large order, one or two colours less can definitely influence the valuation.

4) ... or use only one.

To reduce the cost of decoration to a minimum, we can think about preparing graphics in only one colour. Thanks to this, it will be possible to imprint using the pad printing method, which is one of the most popular techniques used in the advertising industry. This imprint method is very simple, making it fast and relatively cheap. They are used on gadgets with a smooth hard surface.
