  • How must I deliver my logo?

    You can upload files with your logo on the bottom of every product page during placing an order or alternatively send to us your logo design, text or picture in vector file type (.cdr, .eps, .ai, .pdf) to [email protected]. If you do not have the file in the above format, let us know and we will find a solution together. Ideally if you send us your logo or data for print as soon as possible. You will be able to do this when you place your order, or at the earliest possible date for you. But remember, the sooner we get the data, the sooner we can start the order execution. Also please let us know if you have a delivery deadline.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    All prices shown on the shop include a 1 colour printing or engraving, shipping costs, and set up fees, excluding VAT (it will be added after placing the product/s in your shopping cart).

  • How do I place an order?

    Placing an order in our online store is very easy, step by step explanation you will find here.

  • Will I see a proof of my order?

    You will receive a proof of order by email straight away after placing an order with us. Also up to 24 hours after placing an order, you will receive an email with confirmation of execution time and file in PDF format illustrating how your artwork will look on your chosen product, which can be changed multiple times until you are satisfied with the design. Please make sure that your data (phone numbers, email addresses, spelling, etc.) match your order.

  • If I have a complaint, whom do I contact?

    Your order is handled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, should you be dissatisfied with the end result, please contact us [email protected] . We will find a suitable solution together with you. For more information read our Terms and Conditions.

  • What is the delivery time?

    Standard delivery time is from 2 to 4 working days.

  • Can I receive actual product samples?

    Subject to the value of the products you are looking to potentially order, we are more than happy, within reason to provide samples, again to ensure that you the customer are 100% satisfied prior to making an order. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product. Please note though that product samples will be plain and not feature your desired imprint requirements clearly due to the machine setup costs to print just one product.   • What are business days?

    Our general business days are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and do not include weekends or public holidays.
